Join our skilled and experienced Pilates instructor in a class that cultivates wellbeing and enhances your fitness. Full-body engagement encourages you to move as one with ease, strengthen your core muscles and follow your own natural rhythm, unwinding from head to toe.
This class is best suited to those with some previous Pilates experience, as well as experienced enthusiasts. Our tutor works with an individual focused approach and suitable modifications will be offered.
Pilates class participants can expect to:
- Develop strength and flexibility
- Improve rhythmic breathing techniques
- Maintain mobility, body awareness and posture
- Enjoy a period of relaxation too
Participants should bring their own mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.

Half term: There will be no class on Tuesday 29 October 2024

Get Dancing Access Scheme
If you’re aged 18 or over, in receipt of Universal Credit, live in IP1, IP2, IP3 or IP4, and do not currently take part in classes at DanceEast, you can access one whole term of classes completely free. Find out more about the Get Dancing Access Scheme and the necessary criteria here. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
