Want to dance, have fun and let loose? Join Laura and Sarah from Glass House Dance for an uplifting dance experience for ages 16+. There will be an emphasis on finding freedom and expression in your dancing, feeling good and experiencing joy!

Glass House Dance’s dance jam is a fun filled dance class with a difference, if you love dancing to a brilliant playlist or miss going clubbing or disco dancing, come and join in. They’ll be warming you from the inside out, dancing to the best feel good tunes. It’s fun, invigorating and all within a supportive environment.

Laura and Sarah will empower you to express your own unique dance through each track. They will encourage you to dance however you like to each track, sharing just a few little things you might like to think about and help you to lose some of those inhibitions along the way. So whether you’re new to a dance class environment or a pro, you’ll be finding new ways to dance and find your own level of challenge.

It’s not really like any other dance class. You won’t have to remember routines. You won’t have to look like everybody else. This is a class for the body and soul. An hour just for you, to connect to your body, to shake off the week and start your weekend less stressed, less tense and dance in the most joyful of ways.

LOVE Dance is also hosting a Family Dance Workshop and a Dance Along Mary Poppins Workshop and Screening on Sunday 12 November.
