Early Career Artists and CAT alumni, join us for our festive social with fellow early career artists from across the region – come move, connect, and catch up!
With a workshop led by DanceEast CAT alumni Jack Parry, drawing from his experience across theatre, film and television. The session will explore performance quality, character and storytelling through contemporary movement, with a mix of repertoire and creative exploration in a supportive environment.
After the workshop, join us for our festive social, an opportunity to reflect, reconnect and catch up with your dance community.
During his training with the DanceEast CAT, Jack joined National Youth Dance Company, and then went on to full-time training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Since graduating, Jack has played Jack Frost/Cowboy in Birmingham Repertory Theatres The Snowman at Sadler’s Wells; dance and co-choreographer for TuckShop West End Born This Way (Garrick Theatre); Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake (National and International Tour/New York City Centre). Jack’s TV credits include: Troy in upcoming series Superhoe (BBC). Film credits include: Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake (Illuminations) and Movement Research for upcoming The Northman (New Regency Productions/Focus Features).
