Our welcoming new dance class created for people living with Parkinson’s
A welcoming new dance class created for people living with Parkinson’s across Suffolk.
Discover the joy of movement in a supportive, friendly space. Parkinson’s Meetup & Move is a brand‑new creative dance class from DanceEast, designed especially for people living with Parkinson’s and their supporters.
Inspired by the nationally recognised English National Ballet Dance for Parkinson’s programme, this pilot project brings the proven benefits of dance; improved mobility, confidence and connection, directly into Suffolk communities where opportunities like this are currently limited.
Funded by the Sport England Movement Fund, Parkinson’s Meetup & Move combines gentle, creative movement with time to socialise, helping you feel active, connected and supported.
Try a FREE taster session
Join us for a relaxed, welcoming taster session, no previous dance experience needed. Sessions are free and open to people living with Parkinson’s. Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
