Focused. Graceful. Storytelling.

Ballet 8-11s is a relaxed class where young dancers can explore ballet technique, creativity and movement. Dancers learn travelling steps, short phrases and ballet terminology while building confidence and musicality.

As the term progresses, children build on what they’ve learnt each week and are encouraged to explore their own creativity through movement tasks inspired by ballet.

We welcome all children who enjoy moving and want to try something new. No previous experience is needed and there is no pressure around grades or exams. No special uniform is needed and ballet shoes are optional.

This class is for children with little to no experience with ballet. If you no longer fit in to this age bracket, check out Ballet (12-18s), Contemporary (12-18s) or Hip Hop (12-18s).

SUMMER TERM DATES

Term Dates: Monday 20 April – Saturday 4 July

Bank Holiday: Please note there will be no class on Monday 4th May as this is a Bank Holiday and an additional day to cover this has been added to the term on the 6th July

Half Term: Monday 25 May – Sunday 31 May (no classes on this week)
