Graceful. Structured. Uplifting.
An engaging and creative afternoon ballet class which will start with a warm up at the barre before learning the techniques and positions needed for centre work. The second half of the class moves into the centre to practice a mixture of turns and small allegro (jumping) moves, before ending with a slow and gentle stretch on the floor.
This class is for those aged 18+ who have little to no experience with ballet. If you’re unsure about whether this class is right for you, get in touch with our Box Office team on 01473 295230, who will be happy to advise.
