YOUTH TAKEOVER DAY 2022

Designed for and by young people, DanceEast’s first ever Youth Takeover event will put young people from the local community at its heart, with space to express their identity and creativity. The exciting line-up for the day includes; printmaking workshops, exhibitions from local young artists, drag performance and pop-up performances, glitter station, DJ, breakdancing and Soca dance workshops, African drumming workshops, music/art/movement jam, chill out zone and a chance to explore our green screen studio and be part of a work of digital art!
