Energising. Meditative. Flowing.
A powerful Ashtanga Yoga class that focuses on synchronising breath and movement – which becomes a moving meditation as you become more familiar with the sequence. There will then be time at the end for a blissful relaxation.
We also offer a Hatha Yoga class on a Wednesday evening.
