A high-energy contemporary dance class that focuses on creativity and musicality. Learn new movement phrases, express yourself through dance, and build confidence in a supportive environment. The class will begin with an easy warm up to get your body ready to move, followed by a series of phrases and exercises that focus on different parts of the body.
This class is recommended for beginners and those with less than 2 years’ experience in contemporary, or for those who have not attended a contemporary class for several years.
We also offer an Advanced Contemporary class. If you are unsure which level is appropriate for you, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly Box Office Team on 01473 295230 who would be happy to advise you.

WHAT TO BRING
Participants should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
