A calming Hatha Yoga class that is thoughtfully sequenced, combining classic yoga poses, breath work and blissful relaxation. An overall focus on wellbeing.
Our Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
We also have an Ashtanga Yoga class on Saturday mornings.

WHAT TO BRING
Participants should bring their own mat, wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
