A class that cultivates wellbeing and enhances your fitness. Full-body engagement encourages you to move as one with ease, strengthen your core muscles and follow your own natural rhythm, unwinding from head to toe.

Half Term: There will be no class on Tuesday 17 February 2026

WHAT TO BRING

Participants should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
