About St Elizabeth Hospice
This full-day workshop has been brought together for Dying Matters Awareness Week 2026 by St Elizabeth Hospice and DanceEast, and the day will be facilitated by Trauma Therapist, Somatic Movement Practitioner and Soul Midwife, Lucy Anna Howgego, alongside team members from St Elizabeth Hospice, who will be present throughout the day to offer compassion, listening, and witnessing to any participant experiencing waves of grief or intense emotional response, ensuring emotional safety and integration for all attendees.
