A high-energy contemporary dance class that challenges creativity and musicality. Push your limits with complex movement phrases, refine your technique and elevate your performance in a focused, supportive environment.
The class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, followed by advanced phrases and exercises targeting different muscle groups and movement qualities.
We encourage you to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Contemporary before joining this class.
We also offer an Open Contemporary class. If you are unsure which level is appropriate for you, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly Box Office Team on 01473 295230 who would be happy to advise you.

WHAT TO BRING
Participants should wear clothes that they are comfortable moving in and bring a reusable bottle of water. Water fountains can be found on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Shoes should be removed for class and participants should wear socks or participate bare foot.
