Wellbeing Workshop for Group Leaders

WHAT TO EXPECT

Usually as part of U.Dance we offer Dance Teachers and Youth Dance Leaders Continued Professional Development (CPD) sessions, but we know what a stressful and challenging year you have all had. So instead, we want to provide a session for you and your wellbeing. The session will be a 1-hour workshop that enables you to learn tools to improve wellbeing, examine unhelpful types of thinking, and try out evidence-based strategies and techniques to help you manage and reduce stress and anxiety as a dance teacher.

GET TO KNOW THE WORKSHOP LEADER

Dr Imogen Aujla is a Senior Lecturer in Dance at the University of Bedfordshire leading on the design and delivery of the dance science provision in the university.  Imogen has a PhD in dance psychology and is a life and wellbeing coach.
